Cree XLamp ML Series

The XLamp ML series is a new cost effective range of 0.5-Watt, 0.32-Watt and 0.25-Watt LEDs that incorporate all the key features and benefits found in the existing XLamp product portfolio.

The ML-E, ML-C and the ML-B are targeted at applications that may currently be utilising traditional fluorescent lamp technology, where a smooth and uniform light output is required. To achieve this, the ML series emits a uniform colour temperature over its whole 120 degree beam angle, coupled with outstanding lumen per Watt performance and excellent long term reliability.

The design flexibility of the ML package is now also reinforced by the introduction of monochromatic ML-E colours, including red, green and blue, and the availability of both series and parallel die configurations across the ML-E and ML-C white LED components.
