Customers are encouraged to make use of the company's
extensive technical support facility which includes
full spectral analysis of individual LED devices and
application notes on a variety of related subjects.
A comprehensive cross reference service is also offered
with samples and data available. |

Ship-to-stock
Forge Europa holds extensive stocks of standard display
products. Whilst we appreciate customers' commitments
to scheduled orders, wherever possible we will deliver
urgent shipments on a next working day basis provided
instructions have been received by 3pm. |

Methods of Payment
Forge Europa is happy to accept Visa, MasterCard and
Maestro (Switch/Solo) as payment by telephone or email.
In compliance with banking regulations payment will
only be taken when the products are ready to be shipped
with invoice enclosed.
The Purchaser’s credit card must be able to provide
sufficient clear and authorised funds before any sale
will proceed, therefore please ensure that the details
you provide us with are correct and complete. Payments
will be charged in £GBP unless agreed otherwise in advance.
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to be aware of
the exchange rates that their respective credit card
company will use during the conversion to their local
currency or cards registered currency. Forge Europa
reserves the discretionary right to cancel an order
prior to payment being made. |
