  Alan has 15 years Quality Management experience in high volume manufacturing environments. Exposure to the automotive sector provides the basis of his philosophy for the continuous improvement of all business processes.

  David champions LEDs at the highest level, and drives research and design to keep us at the forefront of LED technology. David oversees development from prototyping to production, and uses our expertise, efficiency and innovation to provide customers with the best possible lighting solution. David is a member of the LED Working Group at the Lighting Association.

  Grant works closely with new and established key customers to develop relationships, manage new opportunities and deliver face to face technical project support. Grant has a strong product/applications based knowledge and a background in manufacturing, chemical engineering and industrial design.
